Degree specializations that are most suitable for ACABITE roles:
To qualify for the Graduate Program, you must hold a university degree in any discipline with 0-2 years of work experience and a demonstrable understanding and passion for technology.
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer science or Information technology. (B Tech / BE/ M Tech / ME/ B Sc or M Sc Computer Science / M Des etc). Science graduates with programming skills may also apply if interested in a career in Information Technology.

How does ACABITE work?
Upon joining, you will not only be taken under the wings of our mentors to help you glide through the organisation but also offer opportunities to work on various technologies from cloud, analytics to a wide array of digital and enterprise application platforms. The first 6 months we will equip you with all the necessary skills and competencies to take on future responsibilities, to exceed expectations in everything you do and grow into Acabes’ next generation of Technology Elites.
You will work as part of a project team on one or many of our business and technology enabled transformation programs across multiple banking products and services helping develop significant digital Solutions. You could be in a wide range of roles over this period, within various technology streams.
You will continuously collaborate with colleagues from all over the world and develop an understanding of the business issues and technologies applicable, allowing you to deliver innovative solutions for our customers.
How does ACALYST work?
Acalyst is our specialized orientation program that will ease your transition into the team. Through Acalyst, you will be introduced to the following: Core Business: ACABES business solutions, our clients and their needs, and our overall internal ecosystem. Your ACABITE Journey
The ACABITE is a 6 months program that helps you to build exceptional skills and understanding of the business and technical skills in Banking and technology development to help you achieve business results. The program is designed with learning interventions that build your Foundation skills alongside helping you to become a specialist by grooming you through behavioral; and soft skills.. The initial weeks would be focused on bridging you through these skills and later through focused core skills and specialized specific IT skills in your chosen streams. All these would be done through a mix of experiential training wherein you would get the opportunity to shadow a buddy or work directly on the job. We will provide on the job training opportunities as soon as possible in the program and you will be working on real projects with colleagues from around the world.
